It’s very rare that I write a negative review and I didn’t want to do this, but people need to know what this company is really like before making a big investment with them, and what they’re really about and how they trick you into doing several things without knowing the whole story. To start off – do not believe all of the hype from the videos. Below is a summary of how they trick you (they use a sales tactic and do whatever it takes just to close the sale):

1. They try to reel you in by having you watch their YouTube videos and try to convince you that you CAN reach $100K in revenue from new clients in a short amount of time “if you put in the work and attend all sessions and follow everything they say”, which is nearly impossible nowadays.

2. So you then reach out to DreamFirms and have an intake call with their sales department, and they try to pressure you to sign up before you even have time to think about it. They get you to schedule a follow-up call before you hang up so that you won't leave the sales funnel with them.

3. You then have a follow-up call and they continue to pressure you to sign up, and if that doesn’t work, they say “well, we have a LIMITED number of spots left, so if you don’t sign up, the next window to sign up won’t be until several months down the road”. This is a sales tactic to make it seem like there is scarcity and very "limited" spots for the program.

4. So when you sign up, they make all of these promises, including revamping your company website as part of the program, which sounds great! BUT WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS – you don’t get to keep the changes to your website UNLESS YOU SIGN UP WITH THEM AFTER THE 5 MONTH program is over (which is another trick they do to hold you hostage so that you pay them a monthly fee indefinitely to keep using their lead program, manage your website, etc.). My website was offline for some time as I was trying to figure out what happened, so I asked them if I can at least restore it to how they updated it. They said they only can give me screenshots of the website, so I pushed back. AND THEN, the owner will tell you it’s YOUR fault for supposedly using a website development program that’s too complicated to recreate your website (which is not true). This is what really bugged me. So basically, they updated the website temporarily, deactivated it, and then I had to go through the hassle of reactivating it AND THEN I WOULD HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER DEVELOPER TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE TO HOW THEY UPDATED IT.

5. In their program, they also don’t allow you to have one-on-one sessions, which is not good practice, especially if you’re making a big investment in their program. I understand that having questions asked in a group setting can be beneficial, but sometimes you want to ask questions in a one-on-one conversation setting.

In summary, enter the program at your own risk knowing what you will be getting into. I had an initial good impression of Tyler but when the program was over, his true colors came out.
