I contacted Tonya to help me with my Taxes and at first she was very responsive. It has been months since I sent her my Tax documents and payment and I have not gotten a response for months now. I called several times with no response, takes her several weeks to reply to email. Because of her I already missed all the Tax deadlines. Under any circumstances the least I expect from a professional is communication. I went to her physical location and I was informed she only use that address for her mails! Hope you take this into consideration before hiring Tonya.
