Impressive service with a smile! Their service was professional. Richard set up a time for drop off and pick up, and he was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. He immediately put me at ease and assured me my printer would be fixed. He went above and beyond even took the time to clean my printer.

Richard took the time to explain the issue and gave me tips on how to properly maintain my printer, which I found incredibly helpful.

It was a pleasure using DSOTV's services and was the best experiences I've had with a printer repair service. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.

What impressed me the most was the level of education and details he provided about my printer.

Amazing Service! They were always responsive when I called and had someone out to service the printer within hours. Most of the time they were able to assist me with troubleshooting over the phone which shows their great knowledge of their products. AMAZING SERVICE! Richard and Greg set the bar on making and keeping customers delighted. We ran out of toner for our machine, and they delivered what we needed in 2-hours to keep us up and running. BUT WAIT THERE"S MORE: Not only are these the best guys to work with, their prices can't be beat. So, you get guaranteed products delivered to you at a fraction of the price of brick and mortar stores. I have 6 printers/copiers in our operation, and we get 100% of our supplies from DSOV. In short, they really are the best.

I went to take my printer in because it kept registering as a paper jam and my maintenance box, but there was no paper jam or maintenance box issue, it just needed some tlc.
They were super helpful and were able to fix my printer error code in no time and got me back to work in no time. Thanks guys. Luna
