This place is amazing, prompt, and efficient. I work for a larger corporation and we have gone through these guys for a variety of printed items (especially for our industry events). I have been using documart for over 5 years and have never had a bad experience until the last few months, today was by far the worst. I called inquiring where my posters were, I was not mad, I was not upset, I was just checking the status. I intially asked a woman and she was checking for me and a man picked up and just attacked me, he said with a holiday I need to give them more time, if I don’t want to wait that long I need to give them 5 days at least and if I don’t like it I am welcome to find a new company, he was beyond rude! I was so floored I honestly couldn’t figure out where his anger came from. I am in the customer service business and could never imagine talking to a customer that way. Needless to say if you want to be treated extremely bad I would say they have that down.
