This company is ran off of nepotism. They over promise enrollment numbers to sponsors and under deliver. Executive management does not make good financial decisions or business decisions.

DM Clinical is so unorganized it is shame how they do people. They have waiting a long period of time. Your appointment is scheduled at 11:30 am. You waiting hour, then they schedule they will call you thirty minutes before your appointment to see if you can come a different time frame. It doesn’t make no sense at all. The way they do people, they ask you a lot of questions, Just to be seen. Certain people asking questions don’t know what they are doing! Don’t entertain those devils 😈

I was in one of their trials for over 550 days. I never had a problem with them. They're extremely nice and seem to know what's going on with their studies. They're always there if you need help. I was always able to reach someone. Even having been in one of their trials and signing up for others, they have not called me in over a month. They just recently called today with one they thought I would fit with. I do not get harassed by them at all. I enjoyed that study very much and hope to do another one really soon.

I went in to prescreen for a study and although the criteria of my condition wasn't quite the right match I was still compensated for my time. From check in to check out everyone I delt with was very kind and polite and professional. I felt very comfortable there. So much so I've signed up for a few of the other studies they have open...🙂🙂🙂

From the beginning,(My first visit) to my last every staff member, doctor, nurses (Male & Female) and specialist were not only professional,but, respectful,kind and very helpful and knowledgeable about any of the questions I asked or my fears of participating in a clinical study for the first time. Everyone at the FM 1960 Clinic remembered me and my name at each office visit. It was a joy to get to meet 'THE WHOLE CREW' and develop new friendships. You guys ROCK !!!!!

I only spoke with company on one occasion about a clinical trial and that was the worst thing to do. DM Clinical Research will not stop calling, texting, and emailing me. I have asked on more than one occasion to leave me alone. They even have the audacity to call me on Sunday’s. I called them today again. This is Harassment!
