I joined a vaccine study at DM clinical. to help advance research and expected a very clinical atmosphere but I have been so happy to return for the necessary visits because the staff are genuinely interested in me. They are friendly and attentive from the front desk to the lab. I have referred others here. Plus they always offer a snack and drink! Big bonus from my perspective is the stipend that is conveniently paid directly to my account.

I came here for a COVID and Flu study and they said it would take 2 hours. It actually was less than that. Everything went well. Shenny was amazing! Can’t wait for my next visit.

This place is a fraud. Was recruited for a clinical study. Went through the pre-screening and set-up an appointment. Received 2 or 3 texts, 2 emails and a phone call reminding me about the appointment. Arrived for the appointment and went over medical history. The nurse steps out and comes back to say the study is full for my age group. Why the hell did I have to go there to find that out. Was offered $25 compensation which would be sent via text within 1 hour to my phone for redemption. This was at 10AM. At 4PM I had not received a text so I call. I am told someone from Development will call me back. No call back. DM Clinical is a fraud and total BS. Don't waste your time like DM Clinical wasted my time.

Whoever is in charge of booking appointments is thoroughly incompetent and doesn’t respect the time and lives of the study participants. I had to leave to avoid being late for work because of a multiple hour wait time for a scheduled appointment. Everyone else waiting on an appointment seemed to be in a similar predicament. I spoke to a very upset elderly client, who had been told over the phone that he had qualified for a study and to schedule an appointment. Upon arriving for said appointment today, he waited for over an hour to then be told by DmClinical that they had made a mistake and he was sent home without compensation. It’s incredibly irresponsible and beyond rude to waste people’s time and money like this. Especially considering a lot of your clientele are here because they are low income and need money. I feel very sympathetic to the rest of the staff who have to deal with all the rightfully angry clients who have been waiting an eternity. I know how frustrating it is to work under such feeble-minded management…

I have done a couple of research Studies with DM. The staff are wonderful. Everyone is nice and they make sure the scheduling and appointments work for you. The person who is overseeing my part of the study is Shenny who made sure I was informed of what was next and what we had to do. The compensation is Nice also.

Was screened and approved for a study. All of my medical history was accurate and approved for a study. Came back a few weeks later for an appointment at 11am and was to be given $75 for my time. Wasn’t seen until 1:30 and then told one of my medical conditions made me ineligible for the study. Didn’t leave until 2:10 and was given $25 for my time. This was such a waste of my time and I had to take a whole day off work for this. Not worth $25 when they advertise $650-$1900 if approve. Which I thought I was.

They scheduled an appointment at a facility that no longer existed. I received 3 text messages about an appointment in River Forest. When I arrived, I learned that they had moved 2 weeks ago. They called today to reschedule. I told them if they can't notify patients of changes in a timely matter, and update their system I don't want to work with them. I can't trust their message service, so why would I trust their vaccines?
