Jeff did a great job! He was very kind upon meeting him and he did a very thorough job inspecting our new home. He clearly laid out priority items to take care of and also highlighted any potential issues. He explained everything to us in a thoughtful way that we could understand as newer homeowners. Jeff did a phenomenal job with our inspection. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during the process and did a great job pointing out different issues/needs with the home. His inspection report was clear and concise. Highly recommend DJR.

Had an inspection done by thus company. Missed some obvious major issues. Like 2 dummy return vents above my washer and dryer. No reason to have 1 in the laundry room let alone two 3 Inches from eachother. Seller cut holes in ceiling because the shower above was leaking down and I assume they wanted to find leak. It was never repaired by seller or reported on the home inspection,so.they didn't see this or the water leaking. Along with a couple other things like the bathtub stopper. Broken, or gfi plug not installed near sink.

I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with both Dino and Jeff of DJR and they are both some of the best around at home inspections. Clear communication, thorough inspections, and very reasonable prices. Their pest inspector is also amazing. I would recommend them to everybody in the market for a house these days. Takes a lot of the headache and guess work out of a tough market.

The representatives at DJR Home Inspections are amazing and saved me a lot of problems and expense. I have to thank Jeff for doing such a thorough job on the first home I was planning on buying. The report he did with the pictures and explanations for each problem he found rally saved me from making a big mistake. This company was so good that I used them again on the second house and once again Jeff did an amazing job pointing out the smallest things that will save me time, aggravation, and money. If you are buying a house I highly recommend using DJR Home Inspections. It's ok to fall for all the bells and whistles when buying a home you like me are not trained to see. They will do the deep dive for you and find the things that we would never even think about so you are not blindsided with expenses after you are moved in. I thank them and especially Jeff.

Jeff from DJR performed our home inspection and he was awesome. He was more than 10 minutes early to our appointment because I was 10 minutes early and he had already got there, said hello to the homeowner , introduced himself and started performing the exterior inspection. He was very down-to-earth, methodical, and polite. Jeff really knows his stuff he explained the construction terms and why what he was pointing out was important. While my fiance and I were chit chatting with the homeowners Jeff was doing his thing and he took his time. I will definitely suggest DJR services for anyone who's looking for a home inspection in South Jersey.
