This is the best place to go for repairs! I’ve gotten my phone battery replaced here before and had a great experience- the staff charged a fair price and had my phone ready in less than an hour!

But the 5 stars is for repairing the screen on my MacBook Pro. It got a huge crack in it, and the entire top had to be replaced. I couldn’t remember exactly when I bought it, so the staff checked and my Apple Care was still active, which meant it only cost me $100 to replace the screen vs. $1500 w/o the insurance.

The environment at the store is really calm and welcoming, and the staff are all friendly and knowledgeable- i was a little worried about leaving my MacBook somewhere, but once I met the staff I felt 100% safe. I plan to do all my future Apple repairs here.

Di-No Computers is great whether you need diagnostics or repairs, and also very helpful if you’re buying a new product. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful and eager to help with whatever your needs are. Plus you don’t have to deal with the crowds at the Apple Store in Old Town.

Friendliest people ever. My laptop wasn’t powering on, and when I contacted Apple, one option was Di-No repairs. I’m so happy I went. They were able to quickly identify the issue and revived my laptop all within the same day. Thank you for the best service. I had a very bad experience with Apple stores in the past. I will keep coming back here. <3

Fairly poor experience overall. The staff are nice, but the overall service is not great. They provided a total repair service cost of $835.70 for the replacement of the keyboard and battery of a 2019 16" macbook pro. I specifically told them I would need it done before a certain day, and gave them 12 days to complete the repair. They could not complete the service in the time I asked them for, and returned it to me 2 days later. Apple's quoted repair for the same service was $698.00 before tax, and they guaranteed a return within 5 business days.

I would not recommend taking your apple devices here for repair, as they will charge you more for a slower service, just take it to Apple directly.

outstanding and quick service! everyone here was so nice and accomadating, they were able to fix my mac that had some water damage! i took this to an accredited shop in the next town over and was told it was done for. but luckily, the staff here were able to save my laptop and me THOUSANDS for data recovery! very warm and welcoming staff, quick service, and unbeatable prices! my laptop is now good as new and i couldn't be happier. great conversation from the staff is a plus too! 100/10 recommend, thank you again guys!

Last month I took my iphone to Best Buy/The Geek Squad because I could not charge my phone with a cord. They told me my charging port was dirty but could not be cleaned for some reason and they would have to do a warranty replacement on the charging port & something else connected to the port . The warranty replacement had a deductible of $50-$100. They also said I would have to leave my phone with them for 3 days while the part was on order (absolutely ridiculous). I was not prepared to leave my phone so I declined and looked for other solutions. A few weeks later I noticed Apple also recommended Di-No Computers and after reading how long they had been in business and many good reviews, I made an appointment online. Today I took my phone to Di-No Computers and just 10 minutes after walking in & being greeted by the very nice staff, I was walking out a very happy customer with my a fully operational phone at a cost of only $10.00 for cleaning out my charging port! I am so impressed & I highly recommend giving Di-No a try if you need help with your Apple Device!
