Bought two jerseys on December 3, 2024 as Christmas gifts.
One jersey arrived the day after Christmas (mission failed) and as I write this review on December 30 the second jersey is in China and nowhere near being delivered(Failure #2).
Customer service responded quickly with a generic apology. No actual corrective action was taken. I give two stars because at least I got one of the two items I bought and the quality is up to par.
Very disappointed and will not ever purchase from this company again. Please take your business and spend your hard earned money elsewhere

Purchased a jersey on December 22, arrived January 8. Florida business but shipped from another country. Ordered an XL Women and it arrived and was an XS at best. My head couldn't even fit in the "jersey". Horrible quality! You literally can see stitching and where they cut out the neck tag. Horrible!

Ordered a jersey for my grandson for Christmas on Dec 8. I specifically told them I needed it prior to 12/25. I kept getting the same scripted response from them that it was on the way.
They gave me absolutely no estimated delivery date or method of delivery or to tell me that a jersey I could've gotten within the U S. was being sent from CHINA!
From China to Canada to U S ...really?
Christmas came and went - no jersey after repeated attempts to speak to someone (no customer service number). I had to get my grandson another present. I then reported them and filed a complaint with the FTC and the BNB and had my bank start an investigation.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. NOTHING!

They promise delivery in time, but my order took over a month. Customer service is not good. To return, you have to mail overseas. Do NOT order from this company.

Zero stars. Had to pay for shipping out of country to receive more that 25% percent in refund—when purchasing their address was based in Florida—they sent me the wrong size in which I ordered, so close to Christmas. Not authentic Nike.

This company is a scam company. Stay away. The tech fixed my problem and lied stating that I will still have my anti virus service and 2 days later I received a message that my anti virus expired. .

I thought it was a scam also. Very curtious technicians. Fixed the problems fast and inexpensive. No call backs, no robo-calls. They did not access my camera either. I would recommend.
