In my nearly 20 years of work in the public safety and fire protection industry, I have had a long relationship with Digitize. I have used a number of their products and had many interactions with sales, technical support, and management. Digitize makes high-quality products that are engineered to solve problems and ease friction points. Their sales and engineering staff are very pleasant to speak with and have a focus on building relationships with customers. Recently, we hosted a factory training on their products, and the course was more comprehensive than any I have received in the fire protection industry. Their products have been in service in our community for decades, and continue to keep people safe every day.

No-nonsense life safety manufacturers with excellent tech support... what else can you say. Been working with Digi for the last two years.staff is smart & respectful. Product is not flashy but it's reliable and dependable and tech support gets back to me within 2 days every time I have an issue. Will continue working with Digitize going forward 100%.

My experience with Digitize is that they have went above and beyond in helping with and installing equipment. Their support is by far ahead of other companies that I have to deal with. Speaking with John he's able to walk you through problems by memory, (how many companies can do that?) If your issues can't be solved over the phone they come up with solutions that get you up and running with very little down time.

Applied for their admin role and I was in a 4 hour (yes you read that right) interview about 2 weeks ago. It’s a joke. They kept moving another candidate and myself back and forth from the main lobby to an empty office room. They said they just moved into the building a month ago but the whole staff team gives off weird vibes. In the four hour interview I met with 4 different people and had to take an IQ test that lasted over an hour. When my patience wore off, I told them what’s the deal because I’ve been sitting here for half of a work shift with no pay and no answer on if I’ll even be offered a position or not. You know what they said They told me that I could continue waiting around till the CEO gets off a project to give an answer or I can leave now but I won’t hear back for a week…… So? Continue wasting more of my free time and getting zero compensation for the 4 hours I already spent there or just leave and never hear from them….. Horrible hiring practice. And shady because why in an interview I for an admin role are you trying to make me understand a sales pitches flow chart? I learned more about this guy’s move from California to Jersey than I learned about the actual company and job role.

The class I have had with an associate of Bib Berry from DIGITIZER was very informative and on point when dealing with their DIGITIZER product. I wish I could have gone to the third day of training.
