Was super impressed with this website and company. I was a first time buyer for some lamination materials- we’re a smaller company, looking to produce some materials we’re currently purchasing from third parties, to cut costs. But I was trying to match the quality and properties as exactly as possible, to keep things standardized- which was a little frustrating shopping online, not being able to see the items in person, and our budget for the project is initially smaller so I didn’t want to spend money on materials that might not be usable. I got in contact with Bryan Rivera at DTG who got back to me immediately, and who not only helped me identify some products that fit my criteria, but also helped me get in touch with manufacturer to get some small samples, so I could be sure I was purchasing the right product for my application. Definitely above and beyond- thanks Bryan!

These days, a lot of companies are cutting costs, with customer service especially. So rare to find a company that obviously still offers quality service- it definitely makes the buying and research process so much less frustrating. When my Epson Pro Stylus 9880 workhorse of a printer died -- after 16 years in service (and a 24,911-page production run) -- my art reproduction business was dead in the water.
