Went in to return a package to Amazon (at no cost) as the store is a UPS satellite center. The lady working the counter wanted a $1.00 to tape the box. I told her I don't carry cash and would she accept a credit card. She told me the minimum charge to use my credit card was $3.00 and "somebody has to pay for tape". I said forget it. Then the kindest lady, and I said lady, offered to pay the dollar for me. Bless you... Anyway, this store is about the money and not about you even when Amazon pays the return fees. I will never visit this UPS store again. Bah Humbug to Digital Printing Innovations. You lost a customer for life over a piece of tape.

I have had several printing jobs that DPI has handled quickly, inexpensively and well.
The staff is friendly and has suggestways to do the jobs cost effectively. They're friendly and fast.
