There is only nine people at this place. . However my supervisor would be standing behind me watching me enter information into the system and he would get upset. I feel that he should let people try to figure it out on their own this way you learn more you can’t learn because you give them one PO a day and then he gets mad at you while standing back of you. I have been off work for 17 months due to the pandemic. However he expected me to do it right. Oh I forgot to say this my workstation was not set up everything was wrong with that it wasn’t prepared from stray work and that took some time for about a week a week. Hello digital power you need to be kinder to people and be patient with them.
