Digital Motion literally saved our hybrid academic conference! Just a few months out, we realized we didn't have the expertise, staff, equipment, or technology know-how necessary to run a successful hybrid conference (60 people in-person, 300 virtual; 3 days, with up to 5 concurrent sessions at a time). While most companies that I contacted practically laughed at me when they heard our timeline and budget, Allison and the folks at Digital Motion took us seriously. They worked within our budget, listened to what we needed and wanted, and made it happen! They are experts with the virtual conference platform Pheedloop, and what would have taken my organization's volunteer staff hours to figure out, DM could do in minutes. They were all very patient, responsive, and reassuring. All of the DM folks - from the event planning & set-up folks, to the virtual tech support, to the in-person staff they sent to manage the linking of the in-person and virtual elements - were very professional, detail-oriented, and gave 100% effort.
