DIGITAL MEDIA is the best I have ever dealt with.
I am a broadcaster and media is my world. I have never been satisfied until now.
Grey and his team are direct-responsive and most important solve the issue without all the Bull!
Bottom line, they listen to your needs and take care of you.
I have referred them to everybody and all my friends are happy.The prices are reasonable.

Digital Media is the best audio video company we have worked with. They have fixed the many issues we have had and do not leave until everything is done, perfectly. If you have Direct TV, Spectrum, etc. coming to the house they will meet them and make sure that they do what should be done. They offer a 24 hour service that monitors your equipment & if there are issues they will email you right away. The guys are great. They are professional, very respectful, well mannered and really know their craft. We are never disappointed, and they put up with all my questions, which can be a lot at times!!! We were having a issue with our 10 year old surround sound receiver not getting surround sound with our new 4K television. I want to say is how professional and respectful Gray was. It seems lately when you try to get a call back from a company and they never seemed to do so. Gray called back within an hour. He was kind enough to come out the next day to see if he could fix a problem that no one else could fix, including the manufacturer of the television and the manufacturer of the receiver. He fixed it the problem within 10 minutes. Thank you Grey you just saved us $600 on a new receiver.
