I was introduce to Digital Imaging by one of my agents. Chuck and Shana are very down to earth people. With them It's not about the sale it's about the relationship and connection. I never felt pressure to work with the company. They were patient with me as I had set backs in the renovation of my office which prevented me from starting our service contract. Their whole office from the receptionist to the tech person Larry Williams who had to come to my office at least 5 times to train me on how to add laptops and computers to the printer were wonderful.
The service contract was awesome and affordable for a new upcoming real estate office. I highly recommend Digital Imaging Systems!

Chuck and Shana from Digital Imaging were the most professional and helpful copier dealers I have dealt with. Not only were they accessible at all times, they answered my dozens of questions while researching a new copier for the company I work for.

They were very knowledgeable about copiers(in which I had limited information about before meeting them) and they gave me insight to how pricing works which was beneficial when making a decision on our purchase.

Since the purchase, they are still very dedicated to our business anytime we need anything with the copier, and realize time is of the essence. They are always 100% quick to resolve any issue that arises.
