I was expecting a high-quality picture, but it turned out disappointing. There was no tripod, and the “photographer” just snapped a shot while standing, with poor lighting. The result was a low-quality, unedited photo that cost $18.99 for two copies or one digital copy. Each additional copy is another $20, which feels overpriced for such a basic picture. We ended up getting just the digital copy and plan to print it at Walgreens for $0.89. For a photography place, I expected much better quality. Not worth the cost at all.

I had my passport photos taken here and it was so simple and quick. My photos were accepted on the first try. Way better than trying to wrestle with an app or actually find an employee at a big box pharmacy (you know who I mean).

We took 2 passport photos and digital copy , they charged around $51 and passport photos are very bad and it was rejected by visa agency. We have requested for refund, they refuse and ask us to get the reason. We showed the photo looks blown up and not clear.

The most unprofessional film processing experience I've had to date. The developed negatives came back to me rolled up in the cannister, and when I asked the owner to cut and sleeve the roll, he did so with a bare hand and a pair of scissors in front of me on the dirty front counter. He then picked up the cut negatives and sleeved them into a single wax paper sleeve, touching several exposures in the process. Upon reviewing the roll at home, it was dirty, smudged with fingerprints, and covered with sediment. Do not sacrifice convenience for quality. Go elsewhere.

This is the only place I go to for printing photos. The owner is literally the nicest lady and the overall customer service is amazing. The quality is the best I've had and you can't beat the pricing. I recently had them create life size images of my fiancé and I for our engagement party (which is such a fun idea) and it was incredible- the quality, the ease of creating them AND it was a huge hit at the party. We had them print all the images from the party, helping us remember this magical evening. Love this place.

Got our passport photos done here. The owner was super nice and helpful. Wish they weren't $15 each but they came out better than Rite-aid and were even cut to the correct size.
