Pre-ordered in November of 2021 for a Christmas gift.
Never received as of today .
Their customer support service stopped responding and there is no option for a refund.

Really disappointing as these robots are not cheap .

Definitely feel scammed. I do not recommend purchasing !!!

Dont buy anything from this company they are scammers. I bought a vector robot in February 2023 and it was supposed to arrive in three months they sent an ups tracking number but they never received the product and at the end the tracking number was canceled. I emailed them multiple times and only excuses and then never heard back from them anymore. The robot is was not for me it was for my son and that’s what it hurts because he was so excited and never arrived. It s.. uks I’m not going to forget this fraud and I’m going to find out how to file a claim to whatever I have to.

Ok so as you might know, ddl was down for like a year and wasn’t shipping products and got sued. WELL ITS BACK BABY! They’ve even partnered with someone. They redid a bunch of stuff and updates. There servers are back!!! Buy your stuff now as a lot of stuff is like 50% off too bc there trying to regrow there business

This is a company that claims to sell robots but is actually defrauding consumers. They have never sent me the robot I ordered. I applied for a refund last October, and I still haven't received my money. Now, their customer service is not even responding anymore. It seems like the company's management and founders have probably disappeared. They lack the ability to run a business properly and have cheated consumers out of their money. They are complete cowards and failures with no sense of responsibility. People like them, even if they run another company, will likely meet the same fate. They are a group of parasites. I warn consumers, don't be deceived by their professional-looking and glamorous website. Your nightmare begins the moment you make a payment.

BIG SCAM! Do not give these people your money. I now have a Vector robot that just sits there and won’t respond to anything. The so called lifetime membership that they offer is a joke. Once you actually try to contact them about an issue with Vector, updates or the app in general, they will never respond to you or help you with any of it. They will send you an email after you pay to contact them with any concerns but that will be the end of it. You can contact them over and over again and they will never respond. They already have your money by then, and you will never hear from them again.

I purchased an overdrive kit over three weeks ago. I have not received it. They don’t answer emails. Inhave a tracking number but FedEx never received the package. As others have stated, do not purchase from them. They take the money but you may or may not receive the product. And if you have questions… they won’t be around to answer them. That isn’t good when the product is usually cloud based.

Please don’t give this company any of your money. Digital Dream Labs runs primarily on scamming people. They take payment for a pre order and give updates maybe twice a year if lucky. I pre ordered the butter robot in November of 2021. They have never come close to releasing it and never updated there own website about it. The last update said maybe next year in 2024. I requested a refund two months ago and was told eventually they will give it to me. The last time I emailed asking for an update I was told every time I contact them it will just make the process take longer. I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to no avail. They wouldn’t even bother with a response. This company is absolutely unprofessional and just a scam. I am so disappointed and expected better. At least admit you failed with the butter robot and give people their money back. Don’t support this company and there bad deals.

Digital Dream Labs, Inc is an awful company with terrible customer support - not sure why they even have it.
I have waited over a month for a refund.
I've waited over a week for them to respond to my emails, but I'm fairly certain that they won't be responding to me anymore.

I hope that this company goes under and a more competent company can take over Vector.
