horrible customer service. will not cut keys for my KTM if they don't have the blanks. they do not have the blanks and told me they would not cut the blanks I have per their policy. they could not explain the policy, just said they wouldn't do them. do not know what the point of a locksmith is if they do not cut keys blanks.

In response to the owner's reply. It was your attitude and your lack of knowledge on why the policy even exists. You can reserve the right to have whatever policies you want but if you can't cut a key why call yourself a locksmith? For anybody looking to get a key cut without any hassle go to Lehman's in Fresno. That owner had no problem cutting my key and it worked perfectly. No hassle no fuss and he said he loves to pick up the extra business that others won't do

Don't deserve. Wen so rude and refuse to program a key. That came with my veicle. Definitely need better attitude. And customer service.
