Lesley from DH42 saved my Prestashop installation. The infamous 1-click-upgrade did break my PS installation so badly that even a rollback did not fix the issue. That was until I hired DH42 to look into the issue, and they had to do some serious digging to find the issue and get it fixed.

I feel like I did get great value for money, response time to messages was within hours, even on weekends, and I am more than satisfied.

Not only will I trust Lesley for futre projects, I will actually stop wasting time and trying to fix stuff myself first; instead I will directly hire a professional. Would have spared me much grief.

They even found some ways to optimize it and add more features we did not think we would be able to add to it. We hired Lesley to modify a Prestashop module for my company, after sending many emails explaining the problems we have detected after her work, she tells us that she can no longer do anything. Four months have passed and now the shop is worse than before we hired him.

Our Prestashop site was running slow and after some recommendations, we purchased the Speed Optimisation from DH42. Lesley at first had a hard time with the tuning but he kept at it and kept us upto date with what he was doing. With all his tweaks he managed to get our site from a dismal 34 to 89 on Google's Page Speed score. Our site is now fast and responsive.

Horrible experience with Lesley from DH42. We hired DH42 to modify a Prestashop module for us in May 2016, after countless emails going to him and lots not being returned for weeks on time, it is now December 2016 and he has finally said that the module is working even though it isn't.
We trusted DH42 to do the job properly and we have a module that still isn't functioning properly and out our money.
Be warned that DH42 is not a fair business to deal with. Good luck if you do!

There is a level of service that you just don't find anywhere. Support tickets are handled fast, the prices are fair, and following up with dh42 was a matter of minutes between responses.
