Absolutely stay far away! This is one of the worst companies I've dealt with in 25 years of business and I’ve run three businesses and worked with hundreds of vendors. They auto-renewed a contract for nearly $13k that I wasn't using and then refused to refund. Unethical business and people who could care less about you

Got a lifetime deal for their media library Freshstock in 2020 which was supposed to last a lifetime. Unfortunately, after 3.5 years, they have removed our access, saying that we now need to pay $600++ per month to access, because their system no longer supports "Freshstock" only accounts. My only advice, please avoid this platform totally if you do not want complications. What's the point of selling lifetime access if you do not mean it?

Note (in response to DesignPickle's comment below): Yes, I purchased this deal through AppSumo, but the software came from you, DesignPickle. You chose to change the business model (making it "no longer a standalone product" because of your greed), locking us out, now requiring us to pay $600/year for access. Both DesignPickle and AppSumo share responsibility, but DesignPickle bears the greater fault for neglecting the early supporters in pursuit of more profit.

Unfortunately, it's a scam company. They sold a lifetime deal for their media library, Freshstock. But now, they have removed all people's access, even though it was sold as a lifetime deal. The excuse is that their system no longer supports "Freshstock" only accounts. So now, you have to subscribe to Design Pickle to be able to access your lifetime deal for Freshstock.

I have nothing but good things to say about the work from Design Pickle. I had a vision for a very tough project and Rogelio Gonzalez Carrillo brought it to life even better than I could have imagined. Even beyond that I needed various designs and they were all done to perfection with excellent turnaround times as well. I would recommend them to anyone.
