I visited Dental Innovations in Wasilla, Alaska, on July 3rd, 2024, and had an absolutely excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The secretary greeted me with a smile, making me feel comfortable right away.

Amy, the hygienist, was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions regarding billing and the best plan of action for my dental health moving forward. Brenda, the dental assistant, showed fantastic hospitality and maintained a positive energy throughout my visit.

Dr. Bill, the dentist, was very attentive and made sure my comfort was a top priority. Even though I had no issues, he periodically checked to ensure I was doing okay. The level of care and professionalism was outstanding.

To top it off, they even called the next day to make sure everything was going well. It's rare to find such dedicated follow-up these days. And I must mention, the music selection was absolutely stellar!

I highly recommend paying a visit to Dental Innovations in Wasilla. You won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about this office! My niece had a dental emergency during the 4th of July weekend. They made sure she had the medicine she needed and got her in right away.
During our appointment they went above and beyond making sure she was taken care of.
I'm taking all my kids to this office for now on! The staff truly cares about their patients!
Hands down THE BEST IN TOWN!

I am so relieved that I found “Dr. Bill” Frantz’s new location in Wasilla, AK. He has spoiled me as my favorite dentist of all time. His patient centered attitude, skill, patience, clarity of communication, and desire to do the most cost-effective, least invasive treatments as possible are some of the many things I adore about him. His skilled wife, Amy, is delightful as his dental hygienist. And they are teamed up with a most compatible organization, Dental Inovations, in Wasilla, Alaska. I am always greeted with warmth, caring, and welcoming, assuring me that I will be well taken care of.

I was looking to switch dentists and saw Dental Innovations had good reviews and I'm so glad I did! The most painless, judgement-free, and pleasant dentist appointment I've ever had. My partner is skittish of the dentist and Dental Innovations got them in the same day, and were super kind and considerate of my partner's needs. 10/5. Amazing place.

Wow. Just wow. The amount of money we've dumped into this place and they can't help me out with a teeth whitening before a high stakes interview.

1. I called to schedule a whitening.
2. They call me to come in early, so I leave work (costs me money by the way).
3. I get there and they don't have enough material to do 3 sessions. Only one. I say fine, do what you can.
4. They say I need a cleaning first, which no one mentioned until now.
5. They don't do anything and I leave. They give me some stuff that I could've purchased on Amazon. Gee thanks.

No one from my family will go here again. Too bad we've already dumped thousands into this place with Invisalign and everything else.

My wife had bleeding around a tooth that wouldn’t heal. We researched emergency dental care in Mat-Su on a Saturday and Dental Innovations was open, receptive, friendly, and expedited her scheduling. Within 30 minutes of my call she was being treated. Dr Frantz was phenomenal. So was hygienist Amy and the staff member helping at the front desk. Gentle, highly competent, and informative throughout; nice waiting room and facilities… He resolved the problem, no bleeding, healed gums. And she’s doing great. Thank you Dr. Frantz and Dental Innovations. Highly recommended.

No longer accepting medicaid. Just wanted to inform ppl who need providers accepting medicaid specifically. No negative review though My husband has only amazing things to say bout the services they provided him
