It was time for our regular septic tank drain and maintenance. I called several companies in the area and Denny's quoted me the best price. We bought our home a couple years ago and have never had to contact any kind of septic company on the past. They had a cancellation and offered to give me the slot same day!!!!! The guys came out in the afternoon. The two gentlemen who serviced my tank were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and straightforward. I am genuinely sad I didn't catch their names. My service agreement is signed JB. I highly suggest their services. They were not only kind, and knowledgeable, but also quick, and efficient. We will absolutely be using their services in the future. Thank you Denny's, and thank you to your service men.

Denny's septic service arrived on time to pump out my septic tank. The two young men were professional, polite and knowledgeable. Both young men provided recommendations on a new filter and provided a receipt. Quick painless and quality work. Justin came out to our location, we purchased our house without knowing that if we had a septic or not. They couldn't give us a good answer if we did or not when we purchased it. Our pipes in the house were showing signs of a septic and it being full. We contacted Denny's Septic and they were beyond helpful and very happy to help out. Like stated before Justin came out to the house and located the septic, which we did have and pumped it out and complete educated us on what to do, what not to do where the filters were and how to maintain the septic. Highly recommend this company! Our septic backed up and needed to be pumped out and they were on top of it. The technicians were very professional and polite and went above and beyond by clearing roots that we had growing in to the system. They explained to us what treatments we needed to kill the rest of the roots but were not pushy or rude about it all. We will definitely use them again.

Overnight we had a septic backup and in the morning I called 2 other companies and neither could come out that day. Then called Denny's and the lady said they would be there within a few hours. Prices were competitive and the two guys who did the service were professional, courteous and informative. Will use them again, if the need arises.
