I believe this is the second review that I've ever wrote on Google.

I work in the accounting department at our small company. Even so, I was able to witness various issues with our previous IT provider which included the failure of our RAID-5 configuration on our NAS (provided by them) with no proper backup of a backup in place. After a lot of complications with our previous old IT provider, we had contracted Techspert Services for our future IT services.

The quality in services was immediately noticed within our company. From day 1, they immediately jumped on the various outstanding issues that we had which included getting a proper backup system in place for our important company data and engineering files. They also came up with a solution to keep our absolutely ancient plasma table machine off the network where it was vulnerable due to a severely out of date operating system. They also definitely have extensive knowledge in the latest software and keep up to date with growing tech.

As far as tickets go, we are able to submit one through their website, phone or email. Very convenient! So far, every support representative we've spoken to has been nice and cordial. I don't expect that to change.

Pricing seems fair. We don't feel like we are getting overcharged for what we're getting considering the amount of services we have through them and the support included.

I don't know what else I can really say here but I'd find it hard to see any reason that a company won't have a satisfactory experience working with Techspert Services. You won't be disappointed.
