The company overall is very attentive to our needs. Datamax service team will come out same day when we have one of the machines break down which is not very often. The printers that we have are great machines.

DataMax has been great for us! They have not only saved us money but the Canon copier works far better with booklet printing than what our previous machine could or should I say could not do. We are a small school and this is our first time getting a real printer. Nothing makes you feel big time than getting one of these quality products like this. I always thought it was too expensive but Datamax and their friendly sales people made it well worth it. Robert has been a reliable contact for us throughout the entire process and I think he enjoyed seeing us being so excited during our training as much as we did. We have had one user caused problem that needed a repair and someone made it out to us in the hour and repaired it. I can't say enough good things about them.
