That mission statement above is a lie. The owner does not treat his employees or customers with any kind of dignity or respect. Lies to customers and slave drives employees. Management does not empower employees to do anything for the customers. Everything is micromanaged to ensure bare minimum service is provided to customers. Would HIGHLY recommend to find another service provider

Really happy with their service and customer support. I called for service and they walked me through the process. 30 minutes later I received a call asking me if everything was working for me and if not, they would send a tech. No need for a tech because they did a great job over the phone to resolve an issue. Thanks

I was stuck with a computer issue and when their staff could not walk me thru it over the phone, they had a tech in my office 20 minutes later and Chris stayed to make sure everything that was needed to be fixed was completed before he left. Thanks Oly. Great job Chris!
