I've been doing business with this company for a long time, customer service is beyond excellent!! We left another company to do business with Datacor and couldn't be happy!

Datacor put my husband through a month long interview process, including 4+ interviews and requiring him to prepare a two hour presentation that they recorded. Then they sent a three sentence email saying they hired someone else with no acknowledgement of the time he invested. He will be following up to make sure the materials he created and his presentation are not stolen by this company. I would not want to work for a company that has this little regard for their applicants

It is a shame that I even have to give a star to leave a simple terrible review.
There is literally NO support. You can send in tickets for support or simple data issues and NOT one single person within the whole corporation will even respond to any of your emails.
New implementation of software, they ghost you. Leave you crippled and hanging so your business cannot function. Costing, Pricing, deleting information, migration....NOTHING. This is the worst investment my company has ever spent a dime into.
I would recommend you purchase and waste your company dollars with another company.

We have been with Datacor for many years. With the length of relationship we have, you would assume Datacor would place some value on maintaining good rapport.

They seem to care only about their profits. We signed licensing agreements years ago with them that included annual increases, but in the last couple of years they have multiple times increased our licensing fees at renewal (with 30 days’ notice) by increasing the costs up to 500%! They have also unilaterally changed the licensing terms.

Their justification (when WE contacted them) was that we weren't in line with current pricing or that the product has had significant improvements that justify the increase. Unfortunately, they haven't provided any significant increase in value, just in cost.

If you need to increase pricing significantly the least you could do is reach out to your customer, not just include it on an invoice as a line item!

I suggest you go with a different ERP company.

Poor interface with the ERP software. Constant glitches and one has to constantly restart the program. I've been working with this ERP software for three years and would not recommend it - and no updates have been to improve.
