I would give this company a zero if I could. They are hideous. You call for help with issues with their software and they tell you that they will pass it on to
their technical team and the issues never get resolved. You ask to speak to a supervisor and you cannot. Dont waste your money, this company is a heaache.

If only google lets us give no star I would. Their software is so frustrating and every time we call the customer support, all we get is that they will send our concerns to the IT dept. 99% of the time, our issues are not resolved right away. The couple of times they actually resolved our issues, it was like pulling teeth with them. BEWARE! STAY AWAY FROM DATA SOFT LOGIC if you care about your business and patients at all.

Not a mobile friendly software, the systems is mainly design for desktop users not for a field clinicians the usually use mobile device, very poor design user interface, slow, and always have a annoying pop-up ads.
