Data Installers are the best at what they do! Professional, clean, organized , and punctual. I bought a security camera system and tried to install it myself but made a mess. So a friend recommended this company and I'm happy they did because they did the job no problem. They made the appointment we set up on a timely manner and maybe earlier actually and cleaned up the mess I made in reasonable time. Very nice and clean job and left my camera system working perfect! Do not think twice about calling them, as they are attentive and work with you as much as possible! I have a difficult schedule to work with and they had no issue with time and day we agreed on. Very happy with their service

I saw all these amazing reviews so I decided to give them a call and I'm so glad I did! They installed my home cameras and the experience was great! I never once felt like they did not know what they were doing. They walked me through the process on the installation of the wiring and was very accommodating in finding ways to limit the cabling exposure to the sun, since most of my house is facing it for most part of the day. This staff was able to hide the cables well, and I was glad they weren't just left hanging about. I was glad to see how they cleaned up after themselves. After having looked at many places and coming to this one I was pleasantly surprised with such great prices! The cameras themselves were great! Amazing resolution! The customer service was up to par and I'm so glad. I was asking plenty of questions and not once did I sense any hostility. There's no surprise they have such a high number of stars, its to match the high quality of service they offer! I have recommended them to friends and family and haven't heard a complaint yet! 😄

I hired Data Installers to repair a downed fiber between our main building and two warehouses at one of my facilities. They came recommended from a friend. From the point of first contact, through the execution of the job, and post-job follow up, I had nothing but a good experience. After hiring, and setting them up as a vendor in our business system, I scheduled a job walk and they showed up and took detailed notes and photos. I received a proposal quickly, and was surprised at the price (it was lower than I expected). I scheduled the installation, and the technician showed up with everything needed for the job. They got it done quickly, and restored connectivity to my two downed warehouses. They cleaned up, and then, I received my invoice, and everyone was happy. I will DEFINITELY be hiring them again to do any cabling needed at my facilities that I don't want to do or am unable to do myself. I highly recommend checking out Data Installers, Inc. for your repairs, moves, adds, changes, and expansion projects! You won't be disappointed!

Edgar and his team did a great job installing my surveillance cameras for my home. He walked me through the process on how he would install the wiring and was creative enough to find ways to limit the cabling exposure to the sun. His staff dressed up the cabling good and cleaned up after themselves. I compared them with other companies and they fit my budget the best. The cameras themselves were good except for one that didn't have the resolution I wanted, but I told him about it and he replaced it without charging a restocking fee or for the trip back to my home. Thanks Ed and I hope this review helps out others looking for a good installer.

We used Data Installers to set up our warehouse security cams at our old La Habra location and they did a great job so we called them again when we moved to City of Industry which is a much larger location. Everything went smoothly and works great. If we need something changed or updated, they'll come out quickly and fix it for us. We just noticed some spots in the parking lot that are hard to make out at night so we called them and they took care of it. Very professional and they respond quickly. Will definitely use them again.

I was referred to Data Installers by a co-worker who used them to install a security system in her home. She gave them a good review and said they were professional and best of all, they were local to me. I needed a simple PA system installed at an Adult Day Care Center here in Ontario....by the end of the week for our Open House. Everyone I called couldn't do it in 4 days, including Data Installers, but the owner Edgar called me back and said he moved his schedule around to be able to meet MY deadline. Edgar expressed support for our company and the services we provide for adults with developmental disabilities. I was truly estatic! He walked my building the next day and came back on the 3rd day with his crew and installed our PA system. One of his technicians, Adam gave our staff training on how to use our new system which is more than what I expected... It was wired so that we can play different music in each classroom and even turn off zones from the control unit. It was a custom installation for our use! I was blown away! The open house was a success!

Edgar and Toni provided a timely and complete proposal based upon my specification. Edgar responded within 24 hours of my initial request for a job with a very short lead-time. They did a great job, brought things to my attention that needed to be resolved, and were very easy to work with. If you have commercial cabling needs in the Chino / City of Industry area, I wouldn't hesitate recommending this team to do the work. I wish I had more vendors like this to work with.

I had a great experience with Datainstallers. We had them install Cat6 cabling throughout our 7 offices. The job had some complexities but Datainstallers really stepped up to the plate to handle it. They also completed the job during a holiday weekend so as not to interrupt workflow operations and provided the best price compared to other local competitors. The end result was download speeds that are now 3-4 times faster. Edgar in particular played an amazing role in coordinating the whole project but I get the feeling it was truly a team effort.
