Predatory Company - Avoid at All Costs

Beware of this company. They will hold your data hostage if they believe you’re planning to leave, which is a violation of both federal and state laws. They may claim that we were late on an invoice, but for 30 years, we’ve consistently paid within 60 days. Shutting off services for overdue payment is understandable, but withholding access to our proprietary data is not only unethical—it’s illegal.

Their software has also proven to be inefficient, creating more costs for our business instead of providing solutions. Once you’re locked into their system, expect to keep losing money while they offer no real assistance to help your business improve. The only consistent thing they provide is predatory tactics to trap you further.

Stay far away if you value your time, money, and business.

He has always gone above and beyond to help us out and always gives solid explanations as to why somethings is happening (I.E. broken flux capacitators). We often call and try and ask for him first as we know it will probably get handled and fixed the quickest when we get to lean on John.
