Not a customer, just a very ticked of civilian. Whoever drives a big black ford truck with the company logo on the side needs to learn how to NOT TAILGATE & use blinkers. Not a good look for a company if you’re trying to get advertisement while on the road.

Please do better. Thanks (didn’t appreciate my rear bumper almost being taken off cause they wanted to get through a turn light that was turning red)

Great Service from a great company ! I needed a new projector and remote for my home theater. i chose the new JVC RS2000 and Savant remote. Jose handled all my needs after a quick visit to see my space. As soon as the projector was confirmed shipped Jose setup an install date. The install day went smooth as Alex & Justin showed up on time and were professional & courteous. They even did a couple things for me that were not planned for. Highly recommended !

I have had this company out service lighting/Savant, and security monitoring. This review is about the lighting/Savant programming work.

They have one person who is very capable, however he no longer works in programming. The folks I got for lighting programming were slow, has poor technical abilities, and has no idea how to communicate with customers to boot.

After 2 visits I did get most of the changes I wanted working but in the process they misnamed rooms, created new bugs, then spent hours failing to fix said issues, and in the end not able to. They aren't make-or-break issues so I can live with them.

The worst part is instead of plainly say why they couldn't fix them, they try to scare me into thinking the lighting system is too old and will give out at any minute (it's 12 years old and rarely used for most of those time). The attempt to upsell me a new system while they couldn't fix simple issues is the most galling. I will not have this company again.

Cyber Technology Group installed a new 75" TV and sound bar system to improve the acoustics in a large open family room with very high ceilings. They gave us a reasonable price and the installation technicians couldn't have been more professional, helpful and understanding (my wife and I are not very tech savvy). I can easily give Cycber Technology Group my highest recommendation!

I’ve never used their service and after what I witnessed today, I never will. Driver of company pick-up truck, license plate #CK37011 was headed southbound on Cave Creek Rd on Thurs, 13 Sept at 2:20 pm when a school bus ahead of us stopped and had the stop sign out and lights flashing. Driver slowed, then gunned his engine and blew past the school bus just as children stepped off. Murderous driving turns me off any company. Driver should be ashamed.

We were on the carpool lane and the driver was tailgating us and flashing his headlight at us. Like dude, there’s literally cars in front of us, we can’t go anywhere. I will never hire this company.
