We absolutely love the Pharmacy staff at CVS Centre!! They have made a point to know us and our needs and call us by name. You don't see that much anymore. They even have treats for our fur baby!

Pharmacy staff are the best. Always efficient and friendly and listen to me and work with me regarding my medicines. They answer any and all questions I have. The entire store is always spotless and shelves are stocked and organized Other staff are friendly and helpful when I couldn't find something and give rainchecks if the item out of stock.

Called the pharmacy today to check on a prescription, as I usually do when they’ve been dropped off by doctors over a week ago and wanted to know if they’d be open on Monday. The person started off nice and said yes, so I ask if my medication could be ready by 8am as that’s the usual time they open. “Literally do this EVERY MONTH” he tells me no, I said that’s how I usually do this he says “it’s not up for debate SIR” (Apparently, the pharmacy doesn’t open till 10 on holidays) (that may have been nice information to have been given, rather than being told “it’s not up for debate SIR!” I was absolutely stunned, as I had been extremely nice the whole time. He went on to lecture me so I just hung up on him. This will be the LAST time you speak to me like I’m a child. I will be sharing this story with all of my Cherokee county seniors and friends.

Always clean and organized. Everytime I have asked questions from the pharmacist, they have always answered my questions or come from behind the counter to help with questions about product. CVS card also offers huge savings.

I dont know if all the other stores are as pleasant,helpfull and caring as my store but I hope they are. The people there are fantastic.

We’ve used Johnsons Pharmacy in Cedar Bluff since we moved here 9 years ago, but my company uses CVS Caremark for medicines so the prices are cheaper here. Just kinda funny getting charged 25 cents a piece for needles when we got them free at Johnsons.
