Then FedEx damaged the shipment, and they refunded me the price of the product even after I told them I was fine keeping the damaged item. For about a year I have been looking into solar and battery backup systems. I finally went for it and after all my research, I couldn't find a better value proposition than the 48v SOK batteries along with the company standing behind them. I narrowed my decision down to 2 vendors and had some pre-sales questions for both companies. I found both to be pretty good but was more impressed with Dexter, Jason and the whole Current Connected team when it came to availability, response time and expertise. As boring as it may seem, I was even impressed with the overall delivery experience as well. The batteries, rack and cables came on a pallet, and it was arranged and all locked in place with wrapping. It arrived perfect. The 6 SOK batteries are connected to a Sol-Ark 15K using the CanBus communications successfully. Although there is excellent documentation and YouTube videos to reference, I found it very satisfying to call tech support during my install and get a knowledgeable person on the phone who was able to answer all my questions. If the person on the phone didn't know the complete answer, they would either ask someone who knew or in a couple of cases, transferred me to Dexter or Jason. Although my solar installer offers his own line of batteries, he was impressed with the SOKs. If you are on the fence about one battery company versus another, I highly recommend Current Connected.

Due to some unfortunate equipment failures, we were running on a generator, burning 40 dollars in gas a day. The company responsible for honering the warrenty of said equipment seems to be in no hurry. After spending over 1000 dollars on gas and waiting over a month, I called current connected to see talk to them about buying a replacement inverter, and I explained the situation with the other company. They listened and had me a new inverter in 5 days. I potentially have 3 more systems going up this spring, and that small experience with good customer service has earned my business. Thanks.

The best decision I made was to purchase my equipment from Current Connected! When you choose a reputable seller, you get tech support; NOT an option if you purchase via Amazon. The prices were close enough to call the same. When you purchase from CC, you get customized programming and updated firmware uploaded by Victron specialists prior to shipment. I have had to call for support on a couple of occasions and have always gotten personal service and outstanding service. Jason, one of the premier specialists, has helped me numerous times on questions and work arounds when RV park power wasn't sufficient for my rig. He even called me back on his own to ensure I had enough power to run my air conditioners when the park didn't have their power properly configured. I will never buy from another Victron provider other than Current Connected.

I purchased 4 48v100ah batteries from Current Connected. I had a unique high voltage issue that the team had not seen before. Dexter and team work multiple days, weeks ? to resolve the issue. Even being a small customer it felt like I got customer support for purchasing 15 batteries. Definitely recommend and will be/am a repeat customer.

back in July 22 I wanted to order some 48V100Ah units through the European distributor. They had no inventory?. As we planned to move from NL to Bonaire it was easier to order in the US. Contacted CurrentConnected and they helped me with the whole process from ordering (divergent as I'm a customer outside US) up to all paperwork to get it shipped by a third party to the Caribbean. We've setup the installation here with 5 x 48V100Ah units and Victron. One of the 5 battery units was not visible in the Soktool, all settings (dipswitches) checked. Finally I sent a request for help to the support email address of CurrentConnected and within 2 minutes I received an answer with the solution... I was using an European version of the manual and there were dipswitch settings wrong. Within 4 minutes after sending my request to CC the system was running 100% ..unbelievable fantastic fast help.. happy I have ordered at CurrentConnected. Thanks !!!
