This is one of my favorite spots to visit. When I don’t have any plans for the day, I come here. I like to browse in the shop and I can always find some real nice and not TOO overpriced. It’s a great shop!

My girlfriend and I had a pleasant experience making charm bracelets at this store. They have a wide variety of charms and other items, mostly clothes but also things like typewriters. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a calm and enjoyable date idea.

Passing by today so we went in to look. Really a busy thrift shop. Lots of merchandise and very well laid out in several rooms. Today they were having a jewelry making event so was extra busy I think. Mostly clothing and accessories but also some furniture, decorative items as well as some large stuffed animals. We did not buy anything today but will definitely be back.

I know theft is really tough for many businesses and though I appreciate having security to protect what I do not think is effective is having rude cold employees that do not greet or speak to your customers and then follow them around as they shop. This was actually my first time in the store and it’s laid out beautifully so well organized and really beautiful. Then I started to notice there are no mirrors…anywhere. The employees stand and stare at the shoppers not saying hello or even breaking a smile: when I asked to try on a large bright pink wool cape I was told I needed to put my clear see through wallet size purse that is only big enough to hold my phone and house keys in a locker in order to try it on. No bag policy which includes purses and wallets. I also don’t feel
They are size inclusive and the prices are very interesting for what they offer. This is the strangest and worst shopping experience I have had and not just in nyc but in life. Sadly they donate to charity and I would have loved to support but service is so important. I know it’s October but I think this spooky service happens all year round. Not a fan. Will not be back. 0:10 do not recommend.

This is an interesting collection of some cool but shockingly overpriced pieces of clothing, jewelry, housewares, and furniture labeled “thrift” even though in many cases they seem to be marked up past the original price. Used sneakers from 10 years ago can’t sell for $175…

CHEAP
I went Tuesday (February 4) and it’s Saturday (February 8) and already the bracelet broke when putting it on my wrist. I don’t even know how it was attached but I cannot reattach it and. Now I just have a chain of charms that I am going to have to replace on my own. I’m not from New York so I cannot just come back to the store.

The chains for the necklace are already rusting too and they were never near water or fragrances. Highly disappointed. I spent $20.00 on my jewelry making experience and the quality couldn’t last a week.

As many other one star reviews have said, this place is awful for several reasons! They are the most overpriced “thrift” store I’ve ever been to. The employees weirdly and coldly stand around watching your every move. No other thrift store I’ve been to is ever like this. Then I sat on the nice leather couch because one of the (only nice one) employees told me I could, and a few minutes later, another employee rudely came by and told me I couldn’t, when I told her the other lady literally said I could. Weird vibes and not in a good way. Don’t give your money to this place! The icing on the cake in reading the owner’s responses to other one star reviews is hilarious; I’m not sure why she’s shocked, and replies in a passive aggressive, snarky way when the comments are well merited.
