This decision was life changing! This was a decision I put off trying to save a few dollars; I wish I knew then what I know now because I would have bit the bullet a long time ago.
I feel that I received white glove service and Matt and Kurt both surpassed my hopes or expectations in regard to customer service and the installation. Matt was very knowledgeable and didn't make me feel pressured for a sale, which is something I appreciate. Kurt left me in better shape than I started in regard to the lines and set up of equipment.
I would highly recommend Culligan to anyone having water issues!!!

Our water tasted awful and left stains on our appliances after Kurt installed our equipment we no longer have any stains or smells.
Bob installed our RO system so now our dog drinks the water and we no longer have to buy water jugs.

I should have read the reviews before moving forward with Culligan, as I have the same concerns and issues as other reviewers.
Purchased this house the end of January. The water softener from Culligan was already in place, so it seemed like Culligan would be the right company to continue the softener service with as well as water purity/filtration. Mark came out and couldn’t have been nicer. He is a great salesman, and thats where anything “great” ended. The day of install the team arrived late. They didnt want to wear booties over their shoes. The lead installer was very condescending. He was to install a shut off vaulted which (supposedly) Mark had gone over with him prior to arrival. He seemed shocked and as if this was a new request, he then stated several ideas other than the shut off valve he would prefer to do-and stated he really didnt want to take the time do do the valve. I had to phone in to Mark to get this corrected. I was informed the water would be off 30 min to 45 min. Several times both installers would walk outside to their van wearing the booties and then back into the house. What’s the point of a shoe bootie if you wear them outside onto the ground and in the dirt? Almost 6 hours later, my water was turned back on. Yep-all day, no water, no use of kitchen, couldn’t have lunch, had to reschedule and cancel appointments-for a 3 hour job with water turned for 30-45 min that ended up lasting 6 hours! Once they left-I sent photos of their job creating the shut off valve-they did pipes that look like a weather park. Amateur job. Then my water was milk and a horrible taste. After several calls and texts to a manager, I was informed at 7:30 pm (BTW this ordeal started at 8:35 am) NOT to drink my water! Another tech came out at 10:30 am the next day (un announced) to check the system. He stated the install team did not do their jobs correctly. They didn't pre flush the system and they installed a bad filter. He then found a “leak” that was never present (until they messed with the softener to install the valve) in the water softener. That was another whole day ordeal. Today is a week later-I still do not have a working filtration system (which I paid for in full at install). I have been given bottled water from Culligan to last me until they come back Thursday-to replace the system as they have stated its faulty-yet I have to wait a week for this new filtration system-and wait a week for the crazy piping job for the valve to be corrected. Today I receive a call from the new GM to inform me the Owner has decided that I am not to be refunded any of the money I paid them for the faulty install job, the delay in the filtration system, the 6 hours of no water and canceling of my meetings-So what do I have? 3 packs of bottled water and a mess-while they were paid in full and cashed the check! Don’t walk, RUN away from this Culligan.
I did call corporate who informed me this is a private owned location-but they agreed this is not how Culligan, or any company fro that matter, should treat a customer.

Kurt, the system installer, is very detailed and professional in the install of the water system. Very polite and has a great personality. Matt, the sales rep, is very informative and can answer any questions you have about water quality. Great group of guys!

Today Duane Matthew’s serviced our water softener and tested our water and he was simply amazing.

Duane was very courteous and professional. I had many questions about the different components of our water softener and how each component works.

Duane was VERY patient and answered ALL of my questions pointing out every piece of equipment and explaining exactly how everything works. He also provided tips on things to look out for to ensure our system is working correctly and when to call if we see something unusual.

I was leaning towards not purchasing the premium protection plan but Duane explained all of the benefits of having a PP in great detail and eased all of my concerns.

Thanks to Duane I will be purchasing the premium protection plan.

Water at my house is bad. The softener works well and Justin who delivers salt is the best always trying to service when I am home really appreciate that. Please keep it up.
