The space is really quiet, safe and well organized. The manager here is very nice and super helpful! We got a great deal for the leasing. They have a huge event space to use for FREE. You should check it out if you are looking for a space to work or host an event.

CUBIO has this vibe that keeps me wanting to come back. It has a spacious co-working area. All the desks are motorized sitting/standing desks. The space is well-lit and quiet. Perfect for someone like me who wants to work alone but has the freedom of just wandering around a big space if I need to.
The staff here is super friendly and helpful. And they're always there to help.
One more thing: they have lunch orders delivered here if you don't want to cook 🙂

This is a very new, clean and modern co-working space. There are standing desks in all co-working space, event space good for 100+ and 4 conference rooms with white boards and TV. Coffee is also provided for FREE!

The location is very convenient from TMC. Plus parking is free for visitors. There are plenty of parking in front of the building.

This venue provides open work day on Wednesdays. It is a good option as a quite work space near TMC and meet peer professionals.

A great shared workspace near Houston's Texas Medical Center. I visited as the Center served as host for a networking event. The space was large enough to comfortably accommodate an informal gathering of about a hundred people. It had kitchen space for conveniently storing and serving refreshments.
