Amazing service by Alex! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my ancient desktop which I thought was a goner and expected to be told as such. Not a chance! Alex know what he is doing and the results are phenomenal, it runs faster than ever. When I came to check out Ashe told me about their video conversion services, she was very clear and gave a detailed description of her process. So took another chance and my wife brought in some of our old home tapes that are mostly our kids childhoods. All I can say is that I will absolutely be using their services in the future and be sure recommend them, sending new clients their way.

My husband dropped off (5) large film reels to be converted on 9/14/24. I have the receipt, ticket #22323. they said it would take 4-6 weeks as they were very busy. Never heard back from them. I have called; my husband has called. He has gone by the shop 3 times. Once there was a note on the door, now gone and the hours are missing on the door. No one is ever there. No one answers the phone, no one returns the calls, and the business is closed. I sent an email last week through their website and no response. This is ridiculous. All I want back is my tapes of my family (all has passed, ancestors). I am doing this for our Italian family. This has become very personal issue; the value of these tapes cannot be replaced. I am going to contact the police.

Would rate 0 if i could, I handed in my laptop because it was very slow and the battery was very messed up. They told me they would clean the laptop for free and it would be done in around a week. 15 days later i get my laptop back and it wasn't cleaned, all the screws are stripped, some screws are missing, and some aren't even the correct screws. My mother tried to get videos out of some old film and was not satisfied, she tried calling repeatedly but no one could answer the phone. We came to the store during open times and nobody was there nor answered the phone. 0/10

So I talked with Alex today for 2 hours, great guy fyi! He fell behind, he had life hit him in the face! He made some poor choices. He has committed to fixing this ALL! Relax and hold tight he is going to fix. The real Creative Computer Solutions is back. I benefit in no way from this FYI.

Alex, the owner of Creative Computer Solutions, runs a great business that offers many computer services as well as digitization of media like VHS tapes. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The price of services is reasonable.

Looks like they’re Out of Business. I’ve been trying to contact them for several weeks without success. The phone number still works but nobody ever answers and voicemail messages are not returned. I emailed them and, again, received no reply. I drove to the business yesterday only because their voicemail contained a message that they would be opening at 1:00pm. I arrived at approximately 1:45pm. The business was locked up and there were two other customers waiting outside. They explained that they were both trying to retrieve computers previously left for repair. As we were waiting around another customer arrived. She stated that she had dropped off a $3000.00 computer two months prior and, since then, had been unable to contact anyone at the business. She indicated that she was going to file a theft report with the Cape Coral police Department.

Back in May of 2024, I brought my laptop in to be repaired. I was told that one of the fans was going bad. The part would need to be ordered and it would take some time to arrive. No problem. I prepaid for the part and the repair. I did not want to delay the process and I was confident that the repair would happen. I kept checking in monthly to see when the part would arrive and to bring the laptop in for the installation. On December 16th, I was texted and told the part had arrived and I could bring the laptop in for the repair on Wednesday the 18th. I came over on Wednesday, but the store was closed and no one answered my knocks, calls, or texts. I texted on the 21st, 26th, and 27th. My text on the 27th requested a refund because it had been 7 months since I prepaid for the part and repair and i was now going to purchase a different computer due to this one failing. No response. Finally, on December 27, 2024, Alex texted me that the main number to the store was not working right and gave me another cell number to contact him. He said a lot was going on and he would issue the refund right away.
I have followed up on January 3rd, 23rd, February 6th, 7th, and 18th. No response and no refund.
This business has been a good place to take and receive computer repairs and support, but my recent experience provides a different story.

So this company is not the company it used to be. It got sold to the new owners. We dropped off an item there about three weeks ago no repairs and called back Still haven’t been able to retrieve it. The gentleman never returns phone calls. Never returns them. Says he’s gonna be open On the answering machine and never shows. I’ve called the Better Business Bureau on the business I’m also filed a police report effective today. Do not recommend this place. Beware, do not leave anything with these people if you expect to get it back.
Pictures from yesterday with another no-show my son is there now and with another no-show so that makes four no-shows just in the last two weeks. Alex I'm glad your were able to reslove our issue. We truely wish you the best on you recovery..
