An absolutely professional repair store! I had four of my devices fixed there, and all of them are working perfectly. Their customer service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. One time, I tried to replace the housing of an iPhone 12 Pro Max myself, completely unscrewed everything, and messed it up—but they still managed to fix it! Definitely the best repair shop in Wylie!

These guys were great. I had taken my computer to three other places. Two places don't do soldering. The power port needed to be re-soldered to the board. I even took it to the authorized service center and they told me it would cost more than what the computers worth. They were wrong! CPR was able to repair it. It was for a reasonable amount of money in a reasonable amount of time.

This is the vendor Verizon partners with for their screen protector warranties.

After over a year, my fingerprint ID wasn't working any more, so I took it to the Verizon store and they confirmed it wasn't the fault of scratched-up screensaver and got the fingerprint ID working again. The screen protector was replaced haphazardly and got some dust particles trapped under it that were big enough that the associated air bubbles couldn't be pushed out.

The Verizon person said maybe $6 to $9 to get it replaced at this store. Add these together and add a buck- $16 to replace a screensaver! Another case of post-COVID price gouging as I see it. Shame on Verizon for charging full retail for the screen protector ($60) and then requiring the customer to pay virtually a third of that to get it replaced!

CPR Cell Phone Repair Wylie had the screen protector in stock and installed it flawlessly, so my issue is solely with Verizon for what I consider an exorbitant warrantee replacement cost. Could I do better on Amazon? Probably, in which case Verizon won't be selling me accessories again... unless Verizon gets better control of their contracted warrantee service costs. Outrageous!

I went in this location today because I have an IPhone 13 and could not get Carplay to operate in my truck. The associate could care less about my problem and spent approxiately 15 seconds with me and no one else was in the store at the time and told me I would have to go to Apple to get the problem fixed.
I just looked at him in disgust and walked out !!!!!!!!
I then went to a repair place on the southeast corner of Park Blvd and Jupiter in Plano. All it has on the canopy of the store is Phone/Computer Repairs. The gentleman inside was overly nice, actually went out to my truck and spent about 45 minutes getting Carplay set up correctly, ended up selling me a new power cord which was part of my problem and then I asked him what I owed him and he said how about $80.00 total and I said to him how about $100.00 total and handed him a $100.00 bill.
This is what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - NOT WHAT CPR CELL PHONE REPAIR has in their business !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Needless to say I will NEVER walk back in CPR Cell Phone Repair and I will do my best to tell EVERYONE I KNOW the same thing and to go to Plano for their Cell Phone Repairs !!!!!!!

My boyfriend had a cracked screen for his phone. I called around and BY FAR the prices at CPR were the best! I believe his name is Hami or Hamin, but he was very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! Will always go to them for all of my phone needs!
