Coperniq has truly taken our operations to the next level! While no software is perfect—especially in its early stages—the Coperniq team more than makes up for it. Ilona and the support team, Max and Abdullah in leadership, and Franklin & Sean from Implementations have all gone above and beyond to continually improve our experience over the past year.

The platform delivers everything you'd expect from a strong CRM, but with features tailored specifically to the solar journey. Their latest update came with a few hiccups, but it’s clear they’re committed to ongoing improvement and long-term success.

We’ve used several CRMs before, and nothing compares to what Coperniq offers. That said, smaller or brand-new solar companies may find the platform a bit more robust than they need—it really shines for larger operations ready to scale.

I booked a demo with some guy named "Tim Kipper" who called me before our appointment and he cancelled our appointment because my company is to new and small even though I 100% had every intention to purchase in the near future because it would not take long to ramp up to the number of installs per month needed to justify purchasing this platform. This unprofessional and disrespectful guy "Tim Kipper" will now be the reason I do not use this platform, and if I ever did it certainly would not be with him. He called me an "unqualified" lead and acted as if this was out of my price range when it certainly is not and I planned to buy. Complete joker!!

I wanted to add a more detailed review for those researching Coperniq.

My company has been implementing Coperniq across our entire organization of 100+ people and it is continuously impressive how many problems this software is able to solve in our business.

I am a power user on most softwares and reach a point where I find the limits of what is possible within the software. I have yet to find limits that Max hasn't been able to raise the bar on. Any type of integration or improvement has been met with resounding yes.

This software is completely capable of all of your needs and Max and his team are excellent at helping you understand how to use the platform to its full capacity.

This company is impossible to get a hold of. You call over and over and no one answered. I set up 2 demos that have got canceled with no email response. I have been trying for over a week to demo and try this company and they are making it impossible.
