We recently had the new cable streaming service installed on multiple TV’s throughout our home. We were blessed to have Robert McCray as our technician. He was kind, patient and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that we were happy with our service before leaving. Mr. McCray is a valuable asset to Conway Corp.

So I moved to a new Apartment complex about 6 months ago, my old one had At&t fiber and everything worked amazingly. This new apartment only has Conway Corp as an isp and credit will be given where it is due it worked great for the first 3 months. Shortly after that my wifi went down and would not come back up, a technician was sent and the modem was replaced, and after that everything was good for a week. After that the service became unreliable and crashes a few time a day most days, it seems erratic and i have called numerous times to fix this issue and they fix it for a day or so then it starts all over again. To new customers if you’re looking for an isp choose AT&T over conway corp, the customer service will be better at CC but at AT&T the service actually works uninterrupted 24/7 unless an outage occurs. If i had to compare conway corps service to another isp it would probably be windstream in terms of reliability. Hoping fiber gets ran to my apartment complex soon

The WiFi app is really usefull. My cleaning ladies for some reason unplug the amino extenders and then don’t plug them back in! So each time I just open the app and right on the dashboard I can see all the nodes and devices and I’ll get a red icon telling which extender is offline so I can plug it back in

Plus it auto-runs a speed check every day so you will immediately have your latest download speed. I pay for a terabyte and I’ve never had less than 930

It takes no time at all to check your entire system and even see which kid is awake at night gaming or streaming when they should be sleeping

Jessica in the billing dept was amazing by calling us to let us know she thought we might have a water leak! She seemed genuinely concerned & informed us of all of our options and how CC could help and adjust our bill if we can show proof of fixing the leak. So my husband and I did just that and after everything we did to fix the leak and provide proof of purchase of materials and everything, the account managers at the main building said that bc the leak was in the irrigation system they wouldn’t adjust our bill. So we determined there was a leak within 4 days into the billing cycle and our bill for 26,000 gallons of water use was almost $500 (combined w/ the rest of utilities) . And they wouldn’t help us bc “it was their policy they can’t adjust the bill if the leak was in the irrigation system”. So I asked to see the policy. I was then informed it’s just “a courtesy” for us to notify of you a potential leak but it’s not a requirement. Also, they never showed us any policy regarding bill adjustment. Also, if you have a pool did you know you can notify Conway corp and tell them that you are filling a pool and they’ll adjust your bill for you and your usage? You’re welcome. Also, after noticing we could get an adjustment in our bill if we can provide proof, they said it has to be shown on any receipts or bills for fixing the leak within 60 days of the initial bill. After 60 days, they won’t assist you anyways. When I asked for a copy of that policy, I was told they couldn’t provide it yet again. One person (Jessica) was the only helpful employee. Orlando and Zach Jones, extremely unhelpful. Oh you can’t pay your bill bc of an undetected leak? Not their problem. They couldn’t care less.

Conway Corp wifi goes down all the time but it’s the only option in Conway which kind of sucks. It’ll be good for a whole day then the next day it’ll crash constantly , it’s hard when I need to work from home on laptop , been ending up using my phones hotspot cause it’s just so terrible

I visited their office today about ongoing problems with my internet connection. Overall I felt they were rather dismissive of my complaints. They even asked me if I would like to disconnect my service. I felt like they were being very condescending toward me, even though I was being polite with them.

so you pretty much have to use conway corp and your wifi will mess up and go down weekly. it’s honestly ridiculous. ConwayCorp doesn’t care about anything but money.
