There are no words that could explain the frustration and disappointment faced.

Lack of support.
Unresponsive team.
No understanding of the product they are selling.
My business is stuck even after I interrupted my subscription and still they keep testing things testing things without providing clear answers.
As per them... everything is the fault of Meta Meta Meta

The idea is great and UI is very userfriendly. But it fails to send and receive messages on a daily basis. Have to reconnect at least 2 times a day my phone numbers. Would not recommend for business use.
