Too bad 0 stars is not an option. This is the clunkiest, antiquated software available. The yearly fees are outrageous, and to top it off, I got a bill to extract my data for $1500 to switch to another company. I guess that's their last ditch effort to fleece the loyal customer of 20 years. In my opinion, it is the most definitive way to burn the bridge and ensure that this customer will NEVER be back - regardless of what their software looks like in the future. Stay away from Continental Computers!

I have never met a better group of people more dedicated to ensuring the best possible customer service and producing the best possible quality from their product. This company has been around for more than 20 years and has a long list of customers that have been there from the beginning. This company is absolutely Horrible. Not only does there software not work well (Glitches a lot, closes it self, can't auto generate a tag number, accounting functions simply don't work, and more) but they are rude and don't mention key items till after you buy the software such as It takes 90 days to get it running and even then it has issues constantly. Also immediately after signing up with your software they send a letter starting by saying they do not accept returns then they start telling you about the 90 days and so on. Do not make the mistake of doing business with this company! In our 50+ years in business this is our worse experience with a company yet.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! They have the absolute worst customer service. Anytime I called in for service, I have to fax a letter stating who I am. I switched to a different company for my computer software and they want $1500 to release my data!!!!

A big corporation that absolutely does not care about their customers. The upper management of Continental are just not good people. Try and find another software company that are customer friendly!!!!!!! I am telling you they DO NOT CARE!!!!
