I got a virus on my iMac computer that kept giving me pop ups. Someone directed me to two stores in the area. The price however for virus removal was slightly higher here than another store in the area. The staff here seemed very knowledgeable and straight forward with the pricing. I was more comfortable with the look and feel here so I choose to have the service I needed performed here. They are very professional, did a great job, and I am very pleased with my choice.

My laptop went out while on assignment in Alex City, AL. Searched Google for a near by shop and seen the good reviews for others. After reading several good reviews I choose to use this store to check out my computer. Service was every bit of my expectations. Job was performed well and there were no hidden charges. In this case Google got it right, the online reviews about this company were very true. Since I'm only in the area for business, I can't expect my friends back home to drive this far, But I do recommend the doctor highly to all who maybe in this area searching for a reputable computer repair shop.

The computer doctor is awesome!!! He was able to recover about a years worth of photos and videos for me that I deleted in error. It only took about an hour for him to recover and save to a flash drive. I thank God in Heaven he was able to save my precious memories for me. I will recommend James "the computer doctor" to anybody I know that has any computer problems. I would put 10 stars on this review if I could. Thank you again James and God bless you!

Apparently my computer got screwed while installing a new update from Microsoft Windows and when it did I couldn't do ANYTHING on my PC. These guys came out and fixed it and did the job well. Though the price was a bit steep, I'd sooner pay the price for a professional and get professional service, then pay a cheap price for some idiot. Good job.

While on a work assignment in Alex City last week my MacBook stopped powering on. I called first and ended up bring it in to be checked out. They diagnosed the problem, said it was overheating and had it working again the next day. Needless to say Im happy with the job done

I was locked out of my iPad and didn't know how to gain access. After receiving no help from Apple I took it in to Computer Doctor. I thought I would just have to buy a new iPad, but in less then 24 hours I received a call stating that by iPad was unlock and ready for pickup. Great place to do business !!!!!

The owner is knowledgeable, friendly,and courteous. Actually repairs computers instead of simply telling you to just buy a new one like some of the Big Box stores. You can also schedule house calls if you can't take it in.
