I would give negative starts if possible. The situation is way too long to detail. So I put it in short. Took my PC there to get help with a Liquid cooler install (that was already installed) so they can check/fix the install properly, along with some cable management and finding the usb2 pins on The motherboard. I was charged for an hour of labor. Only to get my PC home and not have the issue taken care, but for it to be in worse shape. And, charged almost $100 for them to put two-sided tape on a module, slap the module on the side of my case, then my side panel on top of that (with a big gap) with it looking terrible. This place is out right criminal. Good luck and beware. Best of Troup in 2023, step it up Troup Co.

James worked on my desktop computer and quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with storage on my C-Drive. I thought I would need more storage installed since I had transfered off every file I could to an external harddrive but it was still all the way full. I racked my brain for months trying to figure out what I was doing wrong and resulted to using my laptop which has a much smaller screen for bookkeeping. I had just moved to Pine Mountain and googled a computer repair place near me. I reached out by the contact form on their website and was contacted very quickly. When I took it in, my three year old was amazing by all the computer parts on the wall that reminded him of Legos, and James kept him entertained by showing him the inside workings of computers while I checked in. The turn around was quick and so affordable. I cannot believe all the stress I gave myself over this computer for so long and how many hours I worked on this myself where I could have been doing something else! James found the issue so quickly and it is up and running like a dream! I didn't even need the extra storage after all! I highly recommend them because they give it to you straight, know what they are doing, and are so professional. I will use them for anything that arises from now on!

My hard drive went bad so I brought my laptop to the Computer Doc @ 10 a.m. Jeremy gave me an estimate and by 2:30 I got a phone call saying he had repaired it and it was ready to be picked up. Fortunately I had saved my important files, videos, and photos on an external hard drive and was able to reinstall everything. Gave me my old hard drive and explained how to dispose of it safely. Highly recommend the Computer Doc. My computer is working great!

Came in after being at a loss for what was wrong with my gaming pc, me and my brother (who's fairly tech savy) pulled it apart and couldn't figure it out the issue. So I bit the bullet and prepared to take it to a repair shop.

I was quoted a fair labor and diagnostic rate.

Took it to this shop and learned later on I had a motherboard issue and that computer doc could handle the return of the motherboard, talk to ASUS the manufacturer, and get a functional motherboard and put my pc back together. This saved me time and hassle of dealing with costumer support and whatnot.

No fault of computer doc it took awhile to get fixed, due to ASUS sending a dead motherboard back at one point and shipping time to and from ASUS. However computer doc handled all the shipping and what not.

Ken was great to work with, he provided timely updates when milestones of the project were reached. He was apologetic when issues of the motherboard arriving dead on arrival happened though that was no fault of his own.

I feared that I would be overcharged on labor costs when I came to pick it up today, I didn't know how much they would charge for all the time it took to handle this. I was very pleased with my final price for the service, I thought it was very fair. I even talked to my brother about what I was charged, and he thought it was appropriate as well. (Hes far more money focused then myself)

I will recommend this shop to my people in lagrange in the future and would come back to do business in the future.
