Chip was amazing! After a power surge, my computer wasn't working. I replaced my power supply but still no luck. I needed help and expertise, and Chip provided that.

He tested each component, was in constant contact throughout the process providing feedback and suggestions. He replaced my motherboard and CPU, while keeping my GPU and SSD. He was able to boot up my computer and install the new motherboard drivers so I had no loss of data or applications. It was like nothing had happened.

I also brought him a laptop from 2011. It was slow and had poor performance. His testing concluded the hard drive was corrupted, and made a back up of my data and replaced the hard drive. It is now just like new and my files and pictures were still available.

I am incredibly happy with the service provided here. My computer was in a continuous restart loop and all of the Google fixes I tried failed to get it out of the loop. I spoke him about the issue, and I told him what I had tried. He is honest and up front about the prognosis, the cost, and what he would attempt, and told me my chances of losing my data, but he worked the issue and kept me in the loop as to how everything was going. Now that I live in this area, I will go back to this gentleman and his business every time.

First I was surprised that it is a resident in a residential area, but Chip was able to take my laptop. He doesn't make any repairs or charge you anything without first talking to you about it... Straight up professional. He responds to texts I felt the best, so text the number and he will get back to you. Very Friendly Guy who knows what he is doing.

I have an older laptop that needed an upgrade so i took it too chip. He did a fantastic job,new battery,new dvdrw drive,new palmrest since mine was cracked plus doubled my ram,all for way less than some of the other people i contacted.
