Computer Alternatives is the perfect name for this business. After two disappointing experiences trying to find someone with integrity that was reliable and knowledgeable to work on my computers in the Show Low area I knew needed an alternative.

Without a computer my business was at a standstill so I decided to expand my search to nearby Snowflake and I’m so glad I’d did!
Justin at Computer Alternatives was both knowledgeable and honest.

The service was very prompt and thorough. Even the aftercare of troubleshooting the new system so my printer was recognized was very helpful and immediate. Justin is very knowledgeable and returns your phone calls immediately to help you even if he misses one while on the phone with another client....(which I find nowadays to be a rare business service these days and very much appreciated)...I love my new BEAST of a computer and am looking forward to enjoying it for many years...Thank you again for the great personalized service Justin !

This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a new computer. We've lived here 6 years and just found Justin. No more worries about being up and running anymore!

He got my husband and I into a used Dell Latitude e6530 and he gave us some needed software and ensured all systems worked perfectly. My husband is so happy with his that it is hard to get him off it now! His work goes so much faster. Between our new Lenovo from last year and this, a world of difference. Justin stands behind his work and is reasonable in his prices. I've told everyone already about him and will out it on my Facebook page .

Fast service above and over the requested repairs...my computer
has been restored to near its original speed and clarity. Good place
for any type of computer repair... I broke off the internet cord inside
the computer and it is fixed.
