Had an excellent experience with Jason and Colin during my upgrade to Windows 11, and additional computer upgrades and issues needing attention. It is amazing to find such talent in such a small community. Jason custom built my last 2 computers, doing an outstanding job. Colin being the on site rep took great care to get my machine operational, while preserving as much of my data as possible. The two collaborated to debug and get everything back to full functionality, and I cannot thank them enough for their concern and abilities.

Called CompuGen to help me with a compromised computer. Colin was awesome. He was very reassuring. He changed all my settings and passwords to increase security and added a 2FA setting.
