2nd time here in a dry van, H&M Trucking. Always great service. 2nd time I got in at 1530 yet my appointment was for 0600 the next day. The women in the office were really nice and helpful. Not sure why there are bad reviews.

Friendly and efficient, as with most facilities, expect a wait for loading. Only reason they lose a star is the attitude of the security guard at the entrance, just rude all the way around and not helpful. Just park with the other trucks and go to the building on the left from there to check in. Office staff are extremely nice and helpful.

Arrived at 13:30 for 15:00 appointment, given dock door at 17:00 and loaded by 19:00. Not sure why this place is so slow, but the appointment times are clearly just a joke.

‏You can go as eat as you like you can check in on the PC at shipping office and wait in your truck to be called. My appt was at 1500. Arrived 1150, docked 1650,

Restrooms available. Actual running water restroom, not Porta potty.

Edit (4/11/2023) : "Scales only for road salt trucks." Vans are no longer allowed to scale out on-site. Minus one star due to this new, selfish rule

I’ve done a load from here to Chicago Illinois 5 times and every time it’s a great experience!!! The ladies in check in are very rude that’s true but then they send me to the mag warehouse which is the yellow building in the back the guys there are awesome!!! Great customer service and very fast at loading 15 minutes at most and you’re out of there!

People in the shipping office really hate there job and hate if any driver talks/asks them anything at all. Also this lady didn't know what time I could check in in the morning, told me to call my dispatcher. What great customer service. If I wasn't a company driver I would never come here again. Takes over 1 hr to get loaded and no communication. Hate this place.
