Lisa the receptionist took our booking then forgot to schedule the cleaning, she later denied that and was quite nasty about it. Ultimately we got things straightened out, they did a fairly good job cleaning our sectional. We would probably use them again but definitely could do without jumping through the extra hoops and the extra attitude. hope that helps....

Finally found a cleaner for my 42 year old Greek wool Flokati rug. I knew they were good when they knew how to clean this type of rug and didn't promise what they could not deliver...all the stains are not going to come out of old organic wool. But it looks and smells fully refreshed. Friendly, professional and reasonable. Support local family business!

Way more than just carpet cleaning. Jim & his son Kyle are great to work with. I enjoy working with local family owned/operated businesses because you see these people in your community daily. Jim helped with design, layout and plans to make my vision a reality. Kyle (who is also a vol. firefighter) took over from there, job was done in prescribed time, job site cleaned evening during construction, the craftsmanship & quality materials certainly reflects why they have been in business for nearly 25 years. Now my family has a covered patio that we will enjoy for years to come. Can’t wait to work with them on our next project.

The condo we purchased had the carpets professionally cleaned prior to settlement. The smell of dog was still in the home and the rugs were not fresh looking so we contacted Colonial who came in and professionally cleaned and freshened the carpets. When we arrived to the condo we were blown away at how fresh they were and the fact that these carpets look like BRAND NEW!!! We recommend them to anyone who needs the job done right!!!

I have had carpet stains I couldn’t get out for almost 20 years and they got it out! I had other cleaners including Oxy clean and they gave up. It was so bad we thought about getting new carpeting but now we don’t have to. Tom the machine operator who is the son-in-law of the owner went to a technical school for training and told me about all their services and products. Unlike other carpet places they will come to your home and give free expert advice about what you can do to improve the look of your home. They have all types of flooring-carpet, vinyl, wood and laminate they can suggest for your home. They do custom design and installation, carpet and upholstery repairs, carpet restretching, and tile installation. If you have water, mold, fire and smoke issues they do remedial work too even to the point of complete rebuilding! I am so ecstatic to have my rugs look like new again!! Plus they do school buildings and other big jobs. Ask for Tom!
