I live down the street from this laundry service and it's a really nice business. It now has new owners and they have done so much renovation to it since they took over. The floors are new, the washers are new and the doors are all new. Before, everything was falling apart and usually messy. I got to meet one of the owners, Ms.Johanna and she was so kind and friendly. The two managers that keep it clean and make sure everything is in great working order are also very kind and do an AMAZING job. Their names are Judy and Janice and I just love them both. Everytime I come in and one of them is working they are always friendly and busy with upkeep. The cool thing about this laundry service is the washers and dryers have the option to function through an app which makes it easy because I don't have to lug around change. I only have had one issue with the washer and I called the number posted and Ms.Janice came within 5 minutes to help me. The app wasn't working to the washer and unfortunately I didn't have cash to wash my clothes and she called the owner and the owner provided quarters for my washing and drying due to the inconvenience. The issue with the app was fixed within a few hours and just needed a reset by the app company that powers the machine and had nothing to do with the washer itself. I was so thankful for this and are very appreciative of them all for being so accommodating and kind not just for that situation but anytime I see them they always make me leave with a 😁 Thanks so much ladies, I really appreciate y'all!

Very busy when i went. My friend and i each did laundry, 3 machines total. Selected cold, but all loads were washed in hot water anyway.
EDIT to provide more info... It was one machine in the front, close to the far right, and 2 machines in the back, toward the end toward McDonald's.

Always smells terrible inside! Outside lights off for over a week, very dangerous for stepping outside at night. All new appliances, affordable, inside has new look.

Clean and quiet. Free Wi-Fi. A few machines were out of order but there were plenty of other machines to use. Looked to be very well stocked. There is music playing but I could only hear it from the restroom.
